Q: I have used my unique claim code to get my Greggs Voucher, but have now misplaced my unique Greggs Voucher code.

A: Please email hello@tpclubreward.co.uk advising of the claim code you used. We will check your claim and revert back within 3 working days with an outcome.

Q: My unique claim code didn't work when I tried to claim my Greggs voucher.

A: Please email hello@tpclubreward.co.uk and we will revert back to you within 3 working days to assist.

Q: My Greggs voucher code wasn't accepted when I tried to use it in my chosen Greggs shop.

A: Please email hello@tpclubreward.co.uk advising us which Greggs shops you attempted to use it in, and we will revert back to you within 3 working days to assist.

Q: Can I exchange the voucher for cash?

A: No, vouchers can only be used to redeem a free breakfast roll meal. See T&Cs for more details.

Q: I don’t receive my email.
